The flesh tower that had previously bound the Prophet Qielun had long since been decomposed into countless sparkling particles. Fully awake now, the Prophet Qielun utilized exquisite techniques to wield a massive surge of psionic power, its destructive capability vastly exceeding its previous state by more than ten times.

The melting flesh transformed into drifting golden light spots, swirling upward into the sky and converging into the sun-like body of the Prophet Qielun. Faintly visible within were serene faces finally granted release.

However, Xiluoya, serving as the head of the Nemesis, seemed to resist the melting embrace of the golden light. Her turbid, dark eyes stared fixedly at Adonsa, emitting a terrifying, guttural gurgle from the depths of her throat.

The spider-formed Prophet Qielun sighed, "Adonsa, you ruined my ritual and forcibly awakened me, effectively cutting the fruits of my years of painstaking labor by more than half. Moreover, every single one of these souls is fraught with murderous intent toward you. Tell me, how can I possibly let you go?"

The corner of Adonsa's mouth twitched, as if he had heard a monstrous joke. "Let me go? You need to find a sewer plumber to drain the water out of your brain!"

The Prophet Qielun gazed from all eight of its round, crystal-clear, black-crystal-like eyes in every direction, simultaneously reflecting the image of Adonsa trapped within the prismatic crystal.

"All things originate from that primordial glance—that is the will of the Light of Qielun. The Cancer of All Worlds is still far from this universe; do you truly believe that you alone can resist the power of a Qielun Warlock?"

Surging psionic energy transformed into arcs of golden light, instantly diffusing outward into the surroundings and rippling back and forth like water waves.

The surrounding flesh-ground trembled violently, quivering in agony.

Patches of necrotic erosion began to appear upon the flesh. At first, they resembled skin ulcers, but they eventually devolved into deep rot that pierced straight through the surface, widening and even fusing into massive craters that spewed billowing heat.

Yet Adonsa knew that this destruction was coming from the inside out; the damage suffered within the Mother of Corpses was far more terrifying than its exterior suggested.

The psionic power manifested as a force field vibrating at an extremely high frequency, evenly distributed across the entire flesh-ground.

These vibrations pulverized the tough muscle tissue into pools of sludge and generated immense heat, causing severe protein denaturation and fundamentally destroying the Mother of Corpses.

A fully awakened Prophet Qielun could now casually employ such a high-difficulty technique.

The flesh-ground suddenly heaved, and a giant hand erupted from the earth, lunging to grab the Prophet Qielun. Yet halfway there, the suddenly intensified vibrations dissolved it into turbid blood water, which washed powerlessly against the Prophet Qielun's psionic barrier.

The death of the Mother of Corpses was sealed; the entire expanse of flesh-ground would soon be transformed into an ocean of blood amidst the vibrations.

The Prophet Qielun suddenly proclaimed solemnly, "Child, I am with you. Your pain is my pain, your sorrow is my sorrow, your resentment is my resentment. Merge with me, and I shall inherit all your tragic wishes—we shall ultimately become one!"

Within Xiluoya's mind appeared a warm, golden, and glowing figure, allowing all her suppressed grievances and sadness to finally find an outlet.

Sobbing sounds echoed. Bearing boundless hatred, Xiluoya finally dissolved into the golden light, converging around the Prophet Qielun.

By this point, all the golden light had finally converged upon the Prophet Qielun. Countless simulated personalities acted like keys, unlocking a golden crystal switch as an immeasurable torrent of power gushed forth.

The Prophet Qielun ecstatically bathed in this power, its consciousness expanding like the root system of a plant, reaching not only into the infinitely distant boundaries of space, but also extending delicate tendrils deep into the colorful microscopic world.

In the microscopic field of vision, countless celestial-body-like particles suspended and interconnected in a display no less complex and magnificent than the starry sky.

Witnessing this scene, Adonsa sneered, "Is this your method of devouring this civilization? How utterly foolish. Having merged with so many consciousnesses, how much longer can the real you remain in control?"

"Silence, blasphemer!"

The voice of the Prophet Qielun suddenly took on a distinct edge of irritability and disgust as it sharply rebuked Adonsa.

Adonsa narrowed his eyes. "It seems the side effects are already setting in. Just this little bit of hatred is enough to make you lose yourself."

The Prophet Qielun seemed to be suppressing something. "No matter. Once I kill you, these lingering obsessions will dissipate into thin air, and I shall reclaim myself."

"All talk and no substance, utterly foul. Come on then, I won't be toyed with by you this time!"

Adonsa laughed wildly, clenching both fists and smashing them down upon the golden crystal cage before him. Tons of terrifying force discharged like a descending mountain, compressing the scant remaining air within the enclosed space into a trembling mist that shivered as if stricken with fear.

The golden crystal vibrated violently, its surface covered in a dense web of fine cracks, but an even thicker and harder layer of crystal quickly grew over the outer surface, sealing the breach.

A fierce grin crossed Adonsa's mouth as he threw another punch, shattering the obstacle once more, only for yet another layer of crystal to regenerate.

"This game is really not fun at all!"

Bang, bang, bang, bang—

Adonsa's destruction speed clearly failed to keep pace with the Prophet Qielun's reinforcement of the golden cage. In no time at all, the crystals of the golden cage proliferated to a terrifying thickness of over ten meters, completely obscuring the situation inside.

The Prophet Qielun's voice remained omnipresent, penetrating the thick crystal barrier: "Adonsa, psionic power is the power of alteration, as well as the power to perceive all things. Everything about you holds no secrets before me."

Adonsa lashed out with another punch, unleashing heaven-shaking force against the seemingly fragile golden crystals, only to reap a meager harvest of negligible cracks.

Seeming annoyed by the seemingly fruitless attacks, Adonsa shook his hand and bared his teeth. "Oh, is that so? Then why don't you tell me how many loaves of bread I've eaten in my life?"

"Heh, heh, heh, heh... Adonsa, I know not what connection you bear to the Cancer of All Worlds; you might be its avatar, or perhaps its vanguard of invasion. Yet given your current weak and sealed state, you are entirely unworthy of being mentioned in the same breath as the creator of that aberrant universe."

An aberrant universe?

Although Adonsa had continuously investigated information regarding the Cancer of All Worlds, he had no interest in making small talk with the Prophet Qielun at the moment.

"Do you truly believe trapping me is enough? Aren't you going to kill me? Do you not feel that seething murderous intent dominating your will?"

The Prophet Qielun spoke in an infantile, childlike voice, "Indeed, there are ten thousand voices in my mind urging me to slay you, but banishing you forever into the gap between illusion and reality is a punishment far crueler than death. I trust those wandering souls will be satisfied with such an outcome."

Adonsa wore an amused expression. "Hey, hey, does revenge now come with added water? Frankly speaking... I'd much rather be ground into powder."

The Prophet Qielun suddenly experienced a lingering sense of foreboding. Tracing back along this flash of inspiration, it slowly spoke, "Impossible. Your seal must be unpicked by external force; as long as I do not attack you, self-harming will avail you naught."

The essence of psionic power was the disturbance of information among observers, which enabled psionicists to read all manner of lingering information left in the material realm and search for intelligence they desired.

Thus, the Prophet Qielun had easily discerned Adonsa's weakness—that he was bound within a vessel.

Yet this did not mean it could uncover everything. The greater the mass and energy, the more powerful the life and non-life—including those knowledge sets and entities that transcended the psionicist's own understanding—the harder it was to clearly access them.

This was both a limitation and a protection; otherwise, knowledge exceeding the limits of sanity might erode the psionicist into an unspeakable monstrosity.

Psionicists who fell prey to their own untamed curiosity and became playthings for evil gods and demons were by no means few in number.

Because Adonsa bore a vague, lingering connection to the Cancer of All Worlds, the Prophet Qielun dared not make direct contact, and could only deduce Adonsa's condition through the residual information of the surrounding matter, organisms, and the Mother of Corpses.

Even through such indirect inference, the Prophet Qielun remained confident that it held a thorough understanding of Adonsa, yet Adonsa's actions still stirred a wave of unease within it.

Adonsa stretched lazily inside the cramped crystal cage and sighed, "Warm-up is over. We can officially begin now."

A brilliance akin to the glaring radiance of the sun burst forth across the earth from the Prophet Qielun.
