“Has the story of this world… completely gone awry because of my arrival?”
Staring at the overwhelmingly powerful Dimosje, Yue Longze’s heart was a tangled mess. If not for his presence, things would never have unfolded this way…
“Dragon, you needn’t blame yourself!”
In their fused state, Da Gu and Yue Longze shared a connection of mind and spirit; Da Gu understood everything that had happened to Yue Longze, realizing he was not of this world.
“We are Ultraman! We are everyone’s hope!” Da Gu comforted and encouraged him.
“Let’s fight together!”
The merged Diga charged fiercely at the enormous body, many times larger than himself, sweeping away countless tentacles that reached for him with a powerful kick.
Diga’s palms shone, the energy blade condensed, cutting through innumerable tentacles. Yet their numbers were endless, impossible to sever them all, and soon he was entwined by a multitude of them—one, notably, was Eleking’s tail.
The evil tentacles released dark energy, ravaging Diga’s body. Diga’s entire form billowed with black smoke as he endured inhuman pain.
“Ha!”
With a roar, Diga broke free from all the sinister tentacles binding him, hovering in the air, breathing heavily.
“If only my strength had recovered, I could at least suppress this monster for a while,” Yue Longze thought bitterly.
“So this is your so-called bond? This is your so-called light?”
Camilla sneered, her face twisted in contempt.
She drew out the Dark Divine Whip, lashing it again and again across Diga’s body. Diga cried out in agony… their opponent was too strong…
In the original story, Dimosje was defeated by Shining Diga transformed by Da Gu, but now… although merged Diga wasn’t as powerful as Shining Diga, and he was exhausted after dealing with the Evil God, he was no pushover—yet still, he couldn’t overcome the Dimosje before him.
“Are we… really going to lose?”
Looking at the flashing red light on his chest, Yue Longze and Da Gu both managed a wry smile. “Though the enemy is formidable, we can never give up!” Yue Longze shouted like a child, and the image of Xiaoxiang’s adorable face appeared in his mind…
Camilla’s form shifted freely atop Dimosje’s body, her Dark Divine Whip flicking out, shadows of lashes flying everywhere, catching Diga off guard. If he were made of flesh and blood, he would have been lashed beyond recognition!
Inside the Atlantis, the Victory Team members watched the battle with faces full of despair.
“This is our final battle. How can we lose?”
Within the ruins of Lulue, countless rays of light streamed toward Diga—not to transform him into Shining Diga as Yue Longze hoped, but instead gathered in his right hand, forming a massive Sword of Light!
The Sword of Radiance! The light of humanity!
“So not only darkness slumbers here…”
From inside the Atlantis, Shinjo murmured as he gazed at the dazzling light.
Diga stared blankly at the sword in his hand, then his aura surged, and he raised the sword to meet the monster.
Clang! The sword collided with the beast!
The heavy blade had no edge; it struck fiercely against Dimosje’s massive form.
“What is this power!”
Camilla, fused to the monster’s body, was stricken with terror.
Diga, wielding the heavy Sword of Light, slashed repeatedly at the evil form.

Diga raised the sword high; countless rays of light streamed to its tip—from the super ancient warriors of Lulue, from humanity, from Yue Longze and Da Gu.
“Evil! Darkness! Begone!”
The sword tip pointed at the monster, and a vast beam of light surged forth.
“Darkness, will never disappear!”
Camilla melded into the monster’s body; its terrifying maw gaped open, like a bottomless black hole, and a thick purple-black ray shot toward the beam of light.
The two beams clashed head-on, and as time passed, the purple-black ray faltered, overwhelmed by the radiance, and finally the monster was struck full by the light.
“No! Impossible! How can darkness lose!!!” Camilla’s final cry faded beneath the brilliance…
As the monster exploded, Diga lowered his arm holding the sword, gazing at the sky as the black mist gradually dispersed. With the haze cleared, the sun—once obscured—slowly emerged.
Under the setting sun, Diga stood for a long time, the diamond crystal on his forehead sparkling in the light. Suddenly, he turned and gave a thumbs-up to the nearby Atlantis, nodding, then lowered his arm and soared into the heavens.
“So this… is the power of protection…”
Captain Jujian watched the giant’s silhouette fade into the sky, moved to reflection.
With the joy of victory, the Victory Team and Director Zewei descended from the ship; Kuai was the first to jump down, his round body jiggling.
“It’s finally over!”
Kuai removed his helmet and shouted toward the sky.
“Yes, it’s truly over this time.”
Yue Longze’s voice came from behind; somehow, he and Da Gu had appeared behind the group.
“Da Gu!”
Lina, seeing Da Gu suddenly appear, rushed forward with tearful eyes, ignoring everyone, and embraced him tightly.
“I thought you’d never come back…” Lina beat Da Gu’s chest as she laughed through her tears.
Da Gu said nothing, only held Lina even closer.
The sea breeze brushed gently, and the waves rose softly.
“Such sweet people!”
Director Zewei’s laughter echoed in the moist air.
“Xiaoxiang, are you all right…”
Watching Da Gu and Lina’s tender moment, Yue Longze couldn’t help but think of Xiaoxiang.
————————
The night in Japan was always enchanting. Even after the devastation wrought by monsters, it remained resilient, radiating its unique charm.
Kumamoto City.
Skyscrapers towered, neon lights gleamed. Yue Longze stood below, holding a gift box, murmuring to himself.
“I wonder if Xiaoxiang will like it…”
Ding-dong—ding-dong—

“Dragon, is that you!”
Inside, Xiaoxiang heard the doorbell and hurried to open it. “I knew it had to be you!” She flung the door open—
There was Yue Longze, standing in the doorway with a gift box in his arms.
“Xiaoxiang!”
Yue Longze smiled warmly at her.
“Dragon!” Without caring about the gift box, Xiaoxiang threw her arms around Yue Longze.
“Wuwu… I thought you didn’t want me anymore.”
She clung to Yue Longze’s sturdy frame, choking up.
“What silly words. How could I not want you?”
Yue Longze gently caressed Xiaoxiang’s face.
“But shouldn’t we go inside first before talking…”
Xiaoxiang realized, embarrassed, that they were still standing in the wide-open doorway!
Inside the modest home, Yue Longze took out the gift box. “Guess what I bought for you, Xiaoxiang!”
“I don’t want to guess, just tell me, Dragon!” Xiaoxiang pouted playfully.
“All right, I’ll just show you directly.”
Yue Longze, helpless, opened the gift box. Inside was another delicate little box, which he carefully opened—a sparkling diamond ring appeared before Xiaoxiang’s eyes.
“Wow! What a beautiful ring!”
Her eyes shimmered, and she hugged Yue Longze, planting a fierce kiss on his rugged face.
“Dragon, you’re wonderful.”
As she spoke, her eyes were already misted with tears.
“Why are you crying again?”
Yue Longze smiled, wiping the tears from her eyes.
“Hmph! Hurry up and put the ring on me!” Xiaoxiang poutily extended her left hand toward Yue Longze, adorably feigning anger.
Yue Longze took the ring, gently raised her left hand, and slipped it onto her ring finger.
“Xiaoxiang, you are the most important person to me in this world.”
With those words, Yue Longze kissed Xiaoxiang deeply, their lips meeting.
In the intoxicating night, passion swept through them…
