At the very moment Yue Longze unleashed his Zai Peiliao beam, the god Kirielod’s head suddenly twisted a full 360 degrees!
As it spun, a deep yellow energy wave shot abruptly from the glowing core at the center of his head, clashing fiercely with Yue Longze’s beam!

Yue Longze pushed his body to the limit, squeezing every ounce of strength while tightly entwining his legs around Kirielod’s arms to prevent any sudden hand attacks during the beam clash.
If Kirielod were to strike unexpectedly, Yue Longze would be at a severe disadvantage.
In truth, Kirielod had no intention of hand attacks; his confidence lay in the beam duel alone to defeat Yue Longze—this was the pride and dignity befitting a great god like himself.
