Chapter 112: The Great Crisis of the Land of Light
“Sairo!” Long Ze called out loudly.
Leading the charge was Long Ze, flying at the forefront, followed closely by Crimson Flame, Mirror Knight, and the others.
“Little Sairo!” Crimson Flame exclaimed joyfully upon seeing Sairo locked in a fierce battle with Belial.
Hearing these familiar shouts, Sairo quickly noticed Long Ze and his group.
“That’s...” Sairo unleashed a wave of energy, quickly creating distance between himself and Belial.
He looked somewhat incredulous. Weren’t these guys blasted into a different dimension? How had they come back—and now they were tangled up with Long Ze?
Long Ze and the others swiftly regrouped with Sairo.
“What’s going on with you all?” Sairo asked, puzzled.
Long Ze smiled and promptly explained the whole situation to Sairo, who listened with growing surprise.
He had been fully focused on his intense battle with Belial, completely unaware that Long Ze had also been blasted into the dimensional rift by the Zero-Style Dark Loplus—and that Long Ze had even taken down a Zero-Style Loplus in the process!
...
“Little Sairo, from now on, let’s have Little Zeze join our Ultimate Guard!” Crimson Flame suddenly said, patting Sairo on the shoulder.
“Little Zeze?” Sairo’s eyes, which had regained their usual defiant gleam, showed a hint of confusion.
“That’s him!” Crimson Flame nodded toward Long Ze beside him.
“Pfft!” Hearing that nickname, Sairo couldn’t help but laugh.
“Old Flame! Don’t call me that again!” Long Ze groaned in frustration.
Sairo laughed once more.
...
“Hey! Are you ignoring me?” Belial swung his Ultimate Battle Device with tremendous force, aiming to smash into Long Ze and the others clustered together.
“Clang!” Long Ze, standing at the outer edge, quickly conjured an energy sword to block Belial’s powerful strike.
Feeling the overwhelming force, Long Ze’s eyes darkened with determination.
“Belial, as expected!” he muttered.
“So, kid, interested in becoming one of my subordinates?” Belial asked, impressed that Long Ze could so calmly withstand such a blow—he must be one of the elite Ultramen.
“Be your subordinate? I’d rather dream!” Long Ze shouted fiercely and surged forward. Facing a formidable foe like Belial, he felt no fear.
“Hey! Little Zeze! Don’t steal my opponent!” Sairo yelled somewhat reluctantly. He also liked the sound of the nickname—it was catchy.
...
Long Ze’s combat skills matched Belial’s, though he was at a slight disadvantage weapon-wise.
Long Ze wielded a standard energy sword, while Belial brandished the legendary Ultimate Battle Device.
Their battle raged from the sky to the ground, where Long Ze had the upper hand.
Because on the ground, he could unleash the elusive Phantom Step!
“Swish!” Using the Jinglong Sword Technique combined with the Phantom Step, Long Ze pressed his advantage.
Belial had never faced an Ultraman skilled in swordsmanship, let alone one with such powerful techniques.
For a moment, the mighty Belial found himself slightly on the defensive.
...
However, Belial was a naturally gifted warrior. Once he adapted to Long Ze’s moves, he quickly turned the tide, settling into a deadlock.
“Clang—clang!”
Golden energy sword clashed fiercely against the black Ultimate Battle Device, sparks flying and ringing out continuously.
Below, Mirror Knight and the others fought desperately against monsters infected by dark energy, while Sairo rushed to help eliminate the remaining three members of the Dark Five.
The intensity between Long Ze and Belial rivaled that of Sairo and Belial—both battles were overwhelming in scale.
...
Suddenly, strange characters appeared in space.
It was the Ultraman’s signature!
“Danger in the Land of Light!”
After punching his opponent away, Sairo looked up to see the Ultraman signature sent by Zoffy.
Their homeland was in peril! It was time to return immediately!
Sairo’s mind shifted, transforming into his Ultimate Armor form. He activated the Paragi Shield’s space-time traversal ability, instantly returning to the Land of Light!
“Whoosh—!”
A flash of light swept past as Sairo vanished.
The other Ultramen still fighting witnessed the signature as well. Without lingering, they quickly informed Long Ze and the others of its meaning and began to retreat, flying back to the Land of Light.
“Should we go too?” Steel Warrior asked Mirror Knight. As the calmest member, Mirror Knight naturally assumed the role of leader with Sairo absent.
After a moment’s thought, Mirror Knight replied, “The battlefield here still needs us. If even Sairo’s strength can’t resolve the crisis in the Land of Light, our presence won’t help.”
Everyone silently agreed with Mirror Knight’s judgment.
Long Ze also believed that with Sairo and the other Ultramen, the Land of Light’s crisis could be handled.
Besides, Belial here still needed to be contained.
Little did they realize, the crisis in the Land of Light was far worse than they imagined!
That Ultraman signature was sent by Zoffy with desperate effort—and that was why it was so brief!
...
“He hasn’t come...”
In the Land of Light, the god Kirielod gazed coldly at Sairo, whose upper body was covered in silver armor.
“What a pity...”
Meanwhile, Zoffy, the Father of Ultra, and the Mother of Ultra lay gravely wounded, their chests flashing red lights wildly.
Kirielod bore no killing intent—otherwise Zoffy and the others would already be dead! Non-combatants had fled far away; those who tried to confront Kirielod were swept aside with ease.
“You scoundrel! What nonsense are you spouting?”
Seeing the injured Zoffy, Father of Ultra, and the unconscious patrol team, Sairo’s anger surged. He charged fiercely at Kirielod, who resembled a demon lord.
...
Elsewhere, the battle between Long Ze and Belial raged on. Nearby, the remaining three Dark Kings fought against Mirror Knight and his group.
It was a perfect three-on-three.
Meanwhile, Janna was busy clearing out monsters infected by dark energy and mass-produced Dark Loplus.
————
A heavy blow rang out as Sairo was sent flying again.
Strong as he was in his Solar Corona form... his Moon God Miracle form... his Ultimate form... all were useless!
The opponent’s attacks were incredibly powerful and fast.
Sairo simply couldn’t keep up.
“Damn it...!” Sairo clenched his blue fist. “Then let me show you my strongest form!”
“Hmm? An even stronger form? Then show me!” Kirielod looked at Sairo with some surprise, hands clasped behind his back. “Don’t worry, you won’t die! Great gods don’t kill without reason!”
