In just a few seconds, seven swordmasters streaked before Tregia like meteors breaking through the world. Except for Nordanshizamsha, bearer of the Nameless Demon Blade, all six were unfamiliar faces. Yet Tregia was not a stranger to them.

“Tregia, we meet again!” Nordanshizamsha greeted offhandedly. Upon hearing this, the other six glanced at him in unison. To be remembered by the wielder of the Nameless Demon Blade meant the target was no ordinary character. Indeed, their superiors had dispatched all seven together, a testament to the importance attached to this mission.

“I don’t see what’s so special about him,” Fergaku remarked with a dismissive tone. “This kind of opponent, and we need all seven of us?” The speaker was a Barbarian, reminiscent of the one Tregia had encountered on the Ghost Comet, though his strength was far greater. His blade was proof enough.

…Demon Blade Shesaki.

Unlike Nordanshizamsha’s Nameless, Shesaki resembled a sword, its transparent blade glowing with a faint yellow light.

Tregia’s gaze swept across each of their faces. To send forth even one successor of the Demon Blades would shake the heavens. Seven together—aside from the legendary heroes who once pacified the cosmos, perhaps this was the first such gathering.

As Tregia stood motionless, dazed as a fool, Fergaku grimaced in distaste. “What a lousy assignment. The target isn’t even moving. How are we supposed to play this game?” The others refocused their attention on Tregia.

Indeed, was this young man truly so fearless? To face all seven of them and not even blink?

“Ahem…” Nordanshizamsha cleared his throat, feigning gravity. “I think he’s been scared stupid. Jant, you deal with him.”

“Why?” The one addressed was a Mephilasian, his armor thick and imposing, suggesting an evolved form. His Demon Blade, Breaking Army, was more like a giant broadsword, intimidating at first glance.

Because the sword was… simply enormous.

Jant sheathed the great sword and slung it across his back, crossing his arms with a dissatisfied retort. “Why should it be me? Why don’t you do it yourself?” He snorted and turned away. As a Demon Blade successor, his sense of honor rivaled Nordanshizamsha’s.

To send him against a Blue Ultraman—he’d be laughed at.

Nordanshizamsha was left speechless and could only turn to the group’s sole female, Yumizhamsha. “Little sister, you’ve just inherited your Demon Blade. It’s a good chance to practice!”

He knew well—though Tregia had lost to him, based on their last encounter, his power was at least at level five, stellar class. With formidable lightning abilities, he was the perfect opponent for their youngest member.

Yumizhamsha was a female warrior clad in pink armor; though encased in heavy plating, it did not obscure her alluring form. Seeing her elder brother’s intent gaze, she nodded slightly and gripped her Demon Blade, Needle Sting.

Needle Sting was fundamentally different from the other Demon Blades—though called a blade, it resembled a bow. Yumizhamsha, a seemingly delicate woman, drew the bow into a full arc with ease.

Instantly, an immense energy gathered upon the bow, forming a sword without a hilt, aimed straight at Tregia’s heart.

“If this sword lands, that boy will lose half his life,” Fergaku commented, glancing back at Pepe. “If he can’t even withstand one strike, I’ll start to wonder if the president’s brain is fried—sending all seven of us against someone like this.”

At the mention of the “Sacred Sword of Orb,” the group’s expressions shifted, now more solemn. Yes, their goal was to reclaim the Sacred Sword of Orb; they couldn’t afford to slip up just because the opponent seemed weak.

Still, they found it odd—why did Tregia remain unmoving even as Yumizhamsha’s sword was poised at him? Was he truly stunned?

With everyone’s doubts mounting, Yumizhamsha completed her final charge. Needle Sting solidified, radiating a faint purple aura.

Tregia maintained his stance, not only unmoved but utterly composed. He regarded the swords in their hands, a notion forming in his mind.

In his previous life, he had used his power to forge the dark side of Ultraman warriors. If he could replicate these seven blades, could he not also command a seven-star sword squad?

His decision made, Tregia raised his hand, intending to seize all seven blades.

Boom—!

At that moment, a terrifying surge of energy erupted below, accompanied by a wave bursting skyward.

“What is that?”

Nordanshizamsha and the others all looked down. Tregia did the same.

Within the roiling tsunami, a pair of yellow beast eyes flickered. Then, a colossal curtain of water swept toward them.

“Get out of the way!” Sensing the immense power within the water curtain, Jant shouted, gripping his sword and cleaving downward with force.

Bang—!

The massive water curtain split in two under the sword’s light, its force parting the sea itself. The monstrous creature revealed itself to all.

Yumizhamsha twisted her arm, released her fingers, and Needle Sting shot forth like a world-ending meteor, striking the monster’s brow.

A pale blue energy shield appeared before the creature’s forehead. Though Needle Sting spun violently, it could not advance another inch.

“How… can this be?” Yumizhamsha’s eyes widened in disbelief. Since inheriting Needle Sting, she had never encountered anything it could not pierce.

Splat—!

Splat—!

“Roar!”

“Roar!”

Two more water curtains surged skyward, accompanied by deafening roars that shook the ocean of Nuock.

“This is…” Tregia was stunned, then his eyes lit up. “Water Demon Gods!”

“What are Water Demon Gods?”

Nordanshizamsha had just spoken when Tregia vanished from sight.

When he reappeared, he was above one of the Water Demon Gods.

“Return the water element to me!” Tregia spread his arms, unleashing black-violet lightning born of his great power.

Bang—!

The shield that had stopped Needle Sting shattered instantly. The beast’s eyes expanded a thousandfold.

Struck by the great power, its body disintegrated like scattered foam.

At the same time, streams of azure energy were forcibly drawn from the fragments, surging into Tregia’s body.
