Trigger also reverted to his human form at this moment, rushing to Yuna’s side and asking with concern, "Yuna, are you alright?"

"I'm fine," Yuna replied with a gentle smile, then turned her gaze toward Mitsuzaki. "However, this gentleman doesn't seem to be doing very well. Kengo, could you please take him to the hospital?"

"Gentleman?" Kengo looked confused. "Are there others here?"

As soon as these words were spoken, all the team members, including Yuna, were slightly stunned. They looked toward the spot where Mitsuzaki had been standing, their expressions filled with astonishment.

But there was no one there.

...

Inside an abandoned warehouse, Mitsuzaki’s figure slowly materialized.

He looked even paler than before. However, he was safe now; he would stay here to recover until his body was fully restored. Mitsuzaki walked forward, lay down on a bed in the corner, and slowly closed his eyes.

Suddenly, a sound broke the quiet environment. It sounded like footsteps.

"..." Mitsuzaki opened his eyes a crack, peering toward the entrance of the warehouse.

A dark shadow was indeed creeping forward. The intruder moved with extreme caution until he reached Mitsuzaki’s side.

"..." Mitsuzaki finally saw the intruder clearly, a flicker of surprise crossing his mind: "A Barossa Alien?"

The creature before him had greenish-blue, rabbit-like ears on both sides of its head, blue eyes without pupils, a sealed mouth below its whirlpool-patterned face, and greenish-blue markings on its shoulders and waist. Perched on its back was a juvenile Sandrias monster.

The Barossa Alien held something resembling a metal detector. When it reached Mitsuzaki, the device began to beep incessantly.

"Great, there really is treasure here!" the Barossa Alien muttered excitedly. It tossed the detector aside and began to rummage through Mitsuzaki’s belongings.

"..." Mitsuzaki’s eye twitched; he longed to strike down this creature that dared to touch him. But he couldn't. Even shifting through space was a struggle for him in his current state; if he exposed himself now, he would be no match for this extraterrestrial. Moreover, the aura the intruder exuded was that of a Star-level entity!

The Barossa Alien pulled a Light Ring from Mitsuzaki and examined it curiously. "What is this?"

The Sandrias seemed somewhat knowledgeable. "Boss, that looks like Tregear's Light Ring."

"Tregear!"

At the mention of that name, the Barossa Alien’s hand trembled so violently he nearly fell to his knees. He scanned the surroundings cautiously, confirming there was no one else present besides himself and the human, before slowly standing back up. "Damn it, don't scare me like that!"

The battle from back then had shaken the entire universe. As the second legendary figure among the forces of darkness, Tregear had made quite a name for himself. Unfortunately, he had ultimately fallen before the might of the Land of Light, even sacrificing his own life in the process.

The Barossa Alien naturally did not believe the man before him was Tregear. According to the information he possessed, Tregear had died, perished under the power of Legend’s Aurora. Even the Plasma Galaxy’s grand army, led by the Three Kings, had been decimated and consigned to history. Today, the Plasma Galaxy had been taken over by the Land of Light and the Space Government, and its power had increased even further.

Thinking of the Plasma Galaxy, Barossa couldn't help but pull out a glistening gem. "Heh heh heh, a Plasma Soul—the treasure of all treasures!"

"Boss, this human has a Light Ring; he must have other things on him. Keep searching," the Sandrias reminded him.

"You're right." Barossa put away the Light Ring and the Plasma Soul, continuing to rummage through Mitsuzaki’s belongings. Before long, he had pulled out a heap of treasures.

One sword, in particular, immediately caught his eye.

The Sandrias grew excited as well, roaring, "That’s the Sage's Sword of U40!!!"

"I’m rich, I’m rich!" Barossa’s eyes glowed, but his gaze was soon drawn to another item. It was a mask, looking plain and unremarkable, yet it made him freeze in his tracks. He grabbed the item and fled the scene as if his life depended on it.

Mitsuzaki: "..."

...

On the other side, the members of GUTS-Select had not yet had the chance to hold a celebration for defeating Hudram when a new mission was thrust upon them by the Earth Alliance. An unidentified robot had suddenly appeared in the atmosphere and was falling at an alarming speed. Their mission was to head to the site and investigate the machine.

"That thing is so huge, and we only noticed it after it started falling?" The team members remarked upon arriving at the scene, finally realizing the size of the robot.

"There was no choice," the captain said with a hint of helplessness. "It appeared suddenly at the edge of the atmosphere, which is why we didn't detect it in time."

"Do you think this robot could be related to Satandelos?" Kengo asked.

"Unlikely!" Marluru firmly rejected the idea. "Judging by its appearance, this robot should be a weapon of the Pedan people—King Joe."

King Joe? The team members had heard the name for the first time and couldn't help but feel curious.

"The order from the Earth Alliance is to investigate and analyze this robot," the captain stated. "If possible, retrieve it with the Nursedessei."

"Understood!"

Kengo, Yuna, and Akito immediately took action. Upon reaching the ground, Akito noticed something wrong. "This robot has been modified, and it uses Earth technology!"

"Earth technology?" Kengo was bewildered. "No way, isn't this robot from outer space?"

"I’m certain of it," Akito said, looking confident. His gaze fixed on King Joe as a startling idea occurred to him. "How about we go inside and take a look?"

No sooner had he said this than Kengo pointed to the waist area of King Joe. "Look, there seems to be a door over there."

"You're right." Akito grew excited and ran forward impatiently. Yuna and Kengo hurriedly followed.

The three successfully entered the interior of King Joe. As they moved slowly, Akito became even more astonished. This robot had indeed been modified using Earth technology.

"A semi-permanent oxygen circulation system... then the power system must be..." Akito suddenly saw something and pointed to a device ahead, exclaiming excitedly, "This is the Pedanium that Marluru mentioned!"

"You mean this is alien energy?" Kengo asked.

"Yes," Akito nodded, continuing, "But the only organization on Earth capable of doing something like this should be us."
