"Achoo!"

Ye Feng sneezed suddenly. He wondered who might be badmouthing him behind his back.

Just then, the roar of a car engine echoed from behind him. It sounded like a beast, rapidly closing the distance. Ye Feng stopped and looked back to see a white Audi hurtling toward him, careening out of control.

"Again?" Ye Feng mistakenly thought this was another attempt by his stepmother to get rid of him.

But a second later, he heard a young man’s panicked shout from inside the car: "Get out of the way! The car is out of control!"

Seeing this, Ye Feng remained calm. He took a single step forward, placing himself directly in the vehicle's path.

"Holy—!" The driver gasped, stunned. "Are you trying to get yourself killed? Oh no, oh no... someone’s going to die!"

In a split second, the hood of the car crashed toward Ye Feng. He simply raised a hand, caught the front of the vehicle, and brought it to a miraculous, screeching halt.

"Huh?" The driver stared in shock. He had expected to send the man flying, but to his utter disbelief, the car had stopped dead at the critical moment.

"That was close..." The driver wiped the cold sweat from his forehead, feeling immensely relieved. He assumed the malfunctioning car had somehow righted itself, but in reality, it was Ye Feng’s raw strength that had forced it to a stop. With his current power, he could withstand not just a sedan, but a tank if he had to.

Ye Feng popped the hood and took a look. It was clear the car had been tampered with.

"All set," he said, performing a quick repair.

"Wait, it’s really fixed?" The driver noticed the warning lights had died down and the car was operating normally.

"Thanks, brother. I’m lucky I ran into someone who knows their way around a car." The driver took Ye Feng for a professional mechanic.

He wasn't entirely wrong. Ye Feng was indeed an expert. His eighth master was a world-class mechanical genius, a man so feared for the devastating weapons he created that he was globally blacklisted, his technologies destroyed, and he was even hunted worldwide for trafficking aircraft carriers before finally being captured in Great Xia and locked away in Prison Zero.

Having inherited his master's true craft, repairing a car was child's play for Ye Feng; he could dismantle and reassemble a tank or a plane with his bare hands.

Ye Feng opened the passenger door and climbed in. "Let's go. Take me to Yulong Villa."

The driver froze, glancing at the man in the passenger seat. *You’re certainly not shy, are you? Did I say you could get in?*

"Young Master Hua, just drive," urged a young woman in the back seat. "This gentleman fixed our car; it’s the least we can do to give him a ride."

"Fine." The driver didn't argue further. He stepped on the gas and headed on their way.

They hadn't gone far when several black SUVs surged up from behind, flanking them and forcing the car to a halt again.

"It’s the Black Dragon's people!" the driver exclaimed.

The young woman’s expression shifted. "Could they be going back on their word?"

"Black Dragon?" Ye Feng frowned. *Could they be my seventh master’s subordinates?*

The two stepped out of the car and were immediately surrounded by a group of men dressed in black.

"Miss Zhao, you’re quite lucky that your car was fixed so quickly," the bald man leading them sneered.

"So it was you who tampered with it!" Zhao Wanting was furious. She had suspected as much; the car had been running perfectly until they left, only to suddenly malfunction. Someone had definitely been pulling strings!

"What is the meaning of this?" the driver demanded angrily. "You dare touch my car? Do you know who I am? Do you know who my father is?"

The bald man chuckled coldly. "Hua Guodong, son of the Governor, and Zhao Wanting, the heiress of the Zhao family. Of course, we know who you are."

"Then how dare you treat us like this? Who gave you the courage?" Hua Guodong was even more incensed. "We settled our business with the Black Dragon. Money and goods were exchanged. Do you dare go back on your word?"

"That’s right, our boss has changed his mind," the bald man said coldly. "We’ll keep the money, but the goods? We’re taking those back, too." He turned to them. "Hand it over!"

Hua Guodong and Zhao Wanting were horrified and outraged. They hadn't expected the Black Dragon to be so dishonorable.

"And if we refuse?" Hua Guodong challenged.

"Heh, then we’ll just take it by force," the bald man sneered.

Ye Feng watched the confrontation, initially not wanting to get involved. But then, another man in black knocked on the car window and barked, "Kid, get out here too! You’re the one who fixed their car, aren't you?"

If not for Ye Feng’s interference, their plan would have gone off without a hitch, and they would be on their way back to report success.

Ye Feng stepped out of the car. "Are you people from the Underground Dragon Gate, the Black Dragon’s crew?"

"Oh? You’ve heard of the Underground Dragon Gate?" the bald man said arrogantly. "That’s right, our boss is the legendary Black Dragon!"

Ye Feng nodded inwardly. They really were his seventh master’s former subordinates.

The bald man continued his threats. "Since you decided to stick your nose into business that isn't yours, I’ll break both your hands so you never touch a car again!" He stepped forward, drawing a blade.

*Bang!*

With lightning speed, Ye Feng threw a punch. Before anyone could react, the knife-wielding bald man was sent flying backward.

A deathly silence fell over the scene. To an observer, it might have looked like a sneak attack, but the sheer force of the blow—sending a man flying over ten meters—was beyond human capability.

"This... he’s a master!" Hua Guodong stared in disbelief. He had seen many experts in the governor’s office, but even the four great legendary guards serving his father couldn't punch a man weighing over a hundred kilograms ten meters away.

Under the stunned gazes of the crowd, Ye Feng walked toward the man, step by step.

"You... you..." The bald man struggled to sit up, his mouth full of blood. He wiped his face, revealing that half his teeth had been knocked out, and his eyes filled with terror.

"Do you recognize this?" Ye Feng pulled out a palm-sized token.

The moment the man saw it, his face drained of color, his anger replaced by pure dread.

"The... Dragon King Token!?"

"How do you have the Dragon King Token?"

The man looked at him as if he had seen a ghost. Ever since the old Dragon King disappeared seven years ago, the Token had vanished with him. The Underground Dragon Gate had since fractured, with various factions vying for power. They had a pact: whoever found the Dragon King Token would become the new Dragon King of the Underground.

The man could never have dreamed that the legendary token would be in the hands of this young man.

Ye Feng put the token away and said coldly, "Go back and tell the Black Dragon and the others: your Dragon King has returned."

"Tell him to summon the rest of the dragon whelps immediately. I want to see them at the Dragon Gate Tower tomorrow night!"
